realme will be launching the realme 16 Pro in India on 6th January 2026. Ahead of the official launch event, realme has already confirmed several key specifications of the device, including details related to its camera setup, battery capacity, and overall design.

The realme 16 Pro will feature a 200-megapixel LumaColor camera powered by the Samsung HP5 image sensor, which is a flagship-grade sensor. The camera setup also supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a full-pixel zoom feature, enabling 1x, 2x, and 4x lossless zoom functionality.

Software Enhancements

Vibe Master Mode

The realme 16 Pro will offer 21 dedicated portrait tones, designed to perform well across different lighting and environmental conditions.

AI Edit

In terms of AI capabilities, the realme 16 Pro’s software will assist with hairstyle editing, background modifications, and facial clarity enhancements.

Video Recording

For video recording, the realme 16 Pro will support 4K HDR video recording with 1x and 2x zoom options.

Hardware

The processor plays a crucial role in determining a smartphone’s performance. The realme 16 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Max 5G processor, paired with an AirFlow VC Cooling System for efficient thermal management. According to realme, the device has achieved an AnTuTu benchmark score of 970,000.
